Inspiration Sheet

This is a fun exercise to do. Imagine yourself in 5 years time

Where have you been?
What have you done?
What have you seen?

Make a list and then tuck it away. You might want to look at it every so often, a birthday or anniversary perhaps. Personally, I keep a copy in the front of my diary and like to read it on New Year’s day – and write a new one for the next few years! Each year some dreams for the future remain the same, some will change, and some will have been accomplished. It’s interesting to reflect where we match our dreams in the last 12 months and remind ourselves of what is still to come!
